The owner, Brandon, was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I sold 4 gold coins (Krugerrands and a Canadian Maple Leaf that I had purchased in the 1980s) for $100 less than the spot market for gold. I considered that a fair and transparent transaction. Was so pleased that I returned with gold jewelry and a solitary diamond that I had purchased about 20 years ago. I did not get as much as I had hoped, but still received what I considered to be a fair price. I felt comfortable with the transaction and would recommend this place without hesitation.

After inheriting a big crate of jewelry from our sister-in-law's estate, I didn't know what to do with it. I started by sorting out the what I thought was gold and silver. I drove 20 minutes to stop in and get a price on some gold after seeing all the 5 star reviews here and I can proudly say it was worth it. Most places will low ball you and take advantage of you but not Phoenixville Gold Buyers!! In the future I will certainly go here rather then anywhere else!! Phoenixville Gold Buyers is a top notch place. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. I knew nothing about diamonds before speaking with him. Always takes the time to talk, teach, and explain in great detail. If you have any jewelry old or new and/or are looking for jewelry... this is the place to go. Period. Nowhere else in the area, and honestly the Chester/Montco/Delco area even comes close.

Very friendly staff, I walked out with a few hundred bucks for only a couple things that were just gathering dust. Very trustworthy, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
