My husband and I had a wonderful experience here, selecting a new wedding ring, as well as resetting my original wedding ring stones in a new ring. Michael Cook was very patient and showed us over 9 diamonds for the new setting (my husband is particular). He was so patient in educating us on the stones until we found the perfect one for us. He also designed a beautiful ring for my original marquis diamond. We are so happy with all!!! Thank you, Michael. I highly recommend Walter J Cook Jeweler!

Sad man. Had the gall to scoff at us then ask my friend where she came from, as a nod to her not being a freckly pale fleshy color I guess. We said Chesterbrook, aka better than where he's from. He probably won't last another 2 years with that attitude, learn some humility, you know there are better jewelers in this area right? We'll gladly be taking our business to Wayne Jewelers as one of the other reviews mentioned.

Hoping to find our go-to jeweler, hubby went in for a watch battery for a Seiko. Weekday a.m. in Dec. , no other customers. Staff said to come back in Jan. or go to Paoli Hardware for the battery. Really? He had planned to shop while getting the battery but with the dismissive tone, he left. Went east to Wayne Jewelers, greeted warmly, had a new battery installed while he did his Christmas shopping. Will not go back to Cook's.

Honest and reasonably priced jewelers. They have treated us well over the last few years. Was overcharged by Frazer jeweler and came to find out that their advice was not truthful or reliable.nCame to Cook's and they have been most satisfactory.
