The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve done business with!! After we did our transaction I called and mentioned I had 2 watches that needed repair, he completed the repairs ON THE SPOT! No wait and then hands them back to me and refuses my payment!!! Such a great person, he makes you feel like a friend of you do business with him! I strongly suggest you shop here and shop local!

I had a wonderful experience at Lionville Jeweler. I wanted a customized, one-of-a-kind ring made that had my children's birthstones (and a little bit of diamonds for me. :-) I came in with an idea and Joe helped me visualize exactly what I wanted. He modified the ring to my specifications which made it exceptionally special to my family and I. The ring was made in a timely manner. Joe stood by his quote that he gave me at the beginning so there were no hidden or extra costs. When I want something from a jeweler, Lionville Jeweler will be the first place I will go. I also love that it is a small, family run, local business. I am so happy to be a part of helping these small businesses grow and thrive.

Joe has helped me with my watch several times over the past few years. Whether it's simply replacing the battery or doing a repair, he is always courteous and professional. He recently ordered a missing piece for the watch. When I arrived to pick it up he would not accept payment. The level of service Joe provides is excellent !
