Divine presence is felt in their Poojas and every service rendered by the volunteers is done with unassuming grace and devotion. It is a community of AMMA worshipers who truly believe in her values of courage, compassion and service.nI had the opportunity to attend the Summer Leadership Program for working professionals this summer 2019. It was a six week program with a carefully tailored curriculum to introduce key leadership concepts to beginners. This was hands down one of the best training programs I have attended. The instructors were highly competent with 30+ years of business experience and glorious professional accolades. The presentation of the leadership topics were crisp and concise. The program included online self-assessments and engaging group discussions. The instructors focused on providing a good conceptual understanding of the leadership topics making the takeaways from each session quite relevant to our day to day careers.This program has helped me appreciate and better understand some of the business decisions in my own organization. I look forward to implementing the time-tested tools and tips provided in these sessions and strive to approach new endeavors with a mindset of a leader. I thank the instructors and my fellow team mates for a cherishable learning experience.nI hope that the Sakthi Peetam of Chester Springs continues to grow and provide its excellent service to our community at large.
