I need to update my last review. The two women that I used to see in there are not there anymore. Instead, there's an older woman now who is quite indifferent. The last time I ordered, I didn't feel as though they cared if I was there or not, although I've purchased numerous items there, usually by just walking in. Today I tried walking in, and they are not allowing customers inside, probably because of their extreme fear over COVID-19. The woman told me I had to call in the order, and that's not going to happen. I'll find another florist who is much nicer to their customers. It's not just about pretty flowers; Giant can do that. This is about treating the customers right, and they miss the mark. I miss the two women that used to be there. They were friendly and engaging. Their replacement needs a replacement. Won't recommend to my clients in the Exton area, and won't be back.
Very helpful, friendly, and kind staff. They made excellent custom arrangements that would last at least a few weeks, at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone in the area getting flowers!

I’ve had flowers delivered to me on several occasions from this location. Never disappointed. They are gorgeous arrangements and the flowers last a long time. I love seeing the delivery truck stop at my house. And the gentleman is very pleasant!! Thank you!!!
