I went to them on three different occasions and always had good service. Questions were answered and prices are reasonable.

Nice selection but they try to upsell toooo much.

the people where polite, but the piercing didn’t go through my ear completely. My earrings where not even. but very clean

I wasn’t happy with the customer service I walk in I wasn’t greeted at all not a welcoming atmosphere I will Not be returning

I've had 6 piercings done here over the course of many years Most of the piercings have been fine but I would not recommend getting your cartilage pierced here. After 5 years and there was scar tissue, sensitivity and not worth having. I took it out and let it heal. It no longer hurts or throbs but there is still a scar tissue bump. It's just not a safe practice and you should go to a tattoo parlor or piercing place that uses needles not guns.
