I can not understate the quality of the service and the overall sales experience at Benari. Absolutely top notch experience, and I must specifically mention Joel. If you are in the market for luxury watches or diamonds, he is your man. I have purchased 2 watches from Joel, and they won't be the last. He does his absolute best to get you what you have in mind and does so honestly and sincerely. I've referred a few people over to Benari because of the quality of service, and they won't be the last.

Buying jewelry is my least favorite thing to do. It's so frustrating that I don't understand how to judge value, and I won't buy just because it's pretty. So I dreaded buying an engagement ring. I feel very fortunate that I happened upon Abbey Scott at Benari Jewelers in Exton. She had a way of explaining the diamond Cs to me that actually made sense and allowed me to find my value balance. That made the large purchase MUCH more comfortable. The store is nice, the selection is beautiful and broad, but it's the people — particularly Abbey — that made it a great shopping experience.
