Really nice, organized library that feels open and friendly. There's numerous computers for studying, book look up center, and tons of books to choose from. I believe they also have numerous free events for kids throughout the year.
Horrible visit. Bad equipment making me suffer while the creepy guy at the desk just stared creeping on me. Feel bad for WSU students...
The adult section and general staff are friendly and provide a wonderful atmosphere.nnI've also been charged for children's books, that were old and previously damaged. But this has only been an issue with children's books. For example, I was charged for a decades old book that had an old stain, that I didn't even notice when checking out and figured they were aware of since it was small.nnThe other half of the library seems to be much more welcoming.
I was passing through Pullman and looking for a pleasant spot to get some computer work done. One side of the library is packed with books, but the other side is a large, open work space with granite tables, comfy chairs, and abundant natural light. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal spot to work. Quiet and friendly.
One of the most friendly libraries in the world with the best new book display and very friendly service. A great place to spend an hour or the entire afternoon.
