Ann worked with me and went more than the extra mile taking so much time with me. Everyone there was friendly and showed interest in what I was wanting. Sam Dial does exquisite work. They are all very close and quick to make anyone feel welcomed in the shop.nnWe had the privilege of working with Ann and Bela to pick out the perfect ring for me. Despite our incessant questioning, they eagerly answered all of our questions and provided thorough explanations on diamond characteristics and grading. We certainly appreciated their patience, undivided attention, level of detail, unbiased opinions, and friendly conversations (of course). The endeavor took a few weeks to complete, but it was absolutely worth every minute and penny spent. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my ring!nnWe can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us. They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Sam is mine. 13 years ago, Sam helped Jesse pick out the ring he proposed to me with. We were two broke kids but Sam helped Jesse find the most beautiful diamond and setting without the need to sell an organ on the black market. When Jesse got down on one knee with that Sam Dial Jewelers ring box in his shaking hands, my heart dropped. A wedding band and anniversary band followed, complemented by the highest of quality only Sam is known for. Those diamonds sparkled even when they were caked in dirt and lotion and soap; every time Sam cleaned them for me, they looked brand new. For lucky number 13, Sam helped Jesse upgrade my set. Sam stayed open late, he poured over options for the most brilliant of stones and my heart dropped once again when I opened that Sam Dial Jewelers ring box. He even worked directly with my local insurance agent to update my policy with my new set. You will never find a more honest, kind, and community-oriented jeweler. You ever notice who sponsors and supports our local non-profits, community events and our kids? That’s my best friend, Sam. Did not ask for an opinion on quality, nor did I expect to have my jewelry insulted by and employee... Nor did I expect such a rip off ina price quote. They lost money and a customer. Disrespect is not in season.
