The sales people and the owner are so friendly and knowledgeable, they offer helpful recommendations; which has saved me (precious) time and money, on several occasions. In addition, they are locally owned and staff repairman, which should be an integral part of buying major appliances.
We were very happy with everything. Donna was very helpful, and when I messed up on one of my rebate dates, she found another one for me, so I could get a good savings my bosch package. Glad they are Here in Pullman.
Instead of sending a repair person and costing money, they offered suggestions on how to fix the problem with my washer. Very grateful they took the time to offer assistance via the phone.
