This rating is directed at the deli department. I placed my order (2 items), when I arrived through, the kiosk. I proceeded to complete my shopping and during that time never heard my order number called or received a text notification. My shopping took about 30 minutes. I walked over to the deli pick up area and there no orders waiting pick up. So I stood patiently waiting for my order to be announced it was completed. As I am waiting, multiple walk up customers were helped and went on their merry way. Finally after standing there for about 15 minutes, I am asked if I was being helped. I responded I ordered through the kiosk told them what I ordered and was told it was being worked on. I catch a glimpse of someone using the deli slicer with an item I ordered. Finally...I say to myself. Then that person walks away and disappears for over 5 minutes. They come back and start slicing again. From the time the employee started slicing again, it took another 5 minutes to finish and package my order. All told, it took the deli department about 50 minutes to complete my 2 orders.nnAs I stood watching what was happening behind the deli counter, I realized how inefficient the set-up behind the counter is. Someone needs to take a look at what's happening at the deli counter because this is not the first time my experience has been like this.
They need to put new flag up looks like a little shabby the state flag this is more important to make money than put a flag up
That was an interesting place and I injoy it a hole lot.They are so helpful. So go and shop to you drop. Have a Blessed time.
Rossi Salon de Spa is the only place I will get my hair done. They will cut, die, wash, blow dry, set, you can get a manicure or pedicure. The estheticians are amazing. And the massage is to die for. She has two degrees way over train for this position. Her goal is total it feels too good to sleep through , uses warm oil always aromatherapy, and wipes you off with warm towels afterwards. Always covers woman's hair with a towel. And she can be very deep if that's what you want
The Aurora Restaurant recently became the favorite restaurant for our family. Italian Mediterranean I believe. Great menu: healthy, tasty, variety, great portions, etc. Pets and Friends has knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of high quality dog food. The Giant is bigger and cleaner than one closer to me. All in all very happy with this center.
