Monthly fee goes up annually, very little security, gate is just for the entrance, not fenced around the back. Meeting place for day workers for companies that store trucks here, a lot of unsavory people wandering around before and after their shifts. Anything left outside will be stolen. No dedicated spaces outside, things are moved if something is in their way.
