Very unprofessional. The man behind the desk was just doing his job but this business is whack in general. Accidentally bought a book on 9/1, tried to instantly refund/cancel the purchase because I realized it was the wrong book and as I tried to return it the manager laughed and said it already was purchased and said I now have to wait to maybe sell it back to the bookie at the end of the semester for a small % of what it is worth thus losing money. I was hoping to just return it right away and correct the mistake or get in store credit to use for other books and pieces of school supplies, but this store does not offer refund on textbooks no matter if there was an error in buying or not. Do not buy your text books here, go to online, amazon, anywhere else.

First time at the Bookie since they moved it into CUB. Used to be farther away, down the hill to the West. You can tell it's been a while for me. Much bigger than the old location and a better layout. Separate text book section for student needs. Good selection of clothing, gear, bags, backpacks, snacks, rain and snow wear (you'll need that during Fall and Spring), and other college-related stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and worth the visit. Close to Martin Stadium.

They have got a lot of fun things to look at, and purchase. Along with an enjoyable amount of snacks and drinks at check out. Relatively helpful and very nice cashiers

Very clean and light floor. Shopping environment is very comfortable. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out speed is very fast. Credit cards accepted. Price is very good on those on-sales items. Public restrooms nearby. Definitely recommend.

If you know which people to talk too you don't have to waste any time in line at all. There is always a large amount of supplies in stock here. And even the buying prices are relatively cheep compared to the renting of course it depends on your major but I always buy the books relevant to mine.
