I went in to purchase a watch for my husband for his birthday.nI almost walked out, but because I needed the watch i didn’t.nThe manager needs a course on politeness.nShe had a grumpy look never said hello or thank you for your business.nI will never go back.nI can’t understand why Kay jewelry would have a person with no personality working there.nHowever I will say Nancy & lorine were especially nice, happy & cheerful.nYou should make them a manager.
