Wonderful staff and excellent products.
Great price family related and great customer service
I used Philips Florist for my wedding in November last year. Vicki did a wonderful job hearing my wishes and wants! They made the most beautiful centerpieces for my tables (roughly 28). My bouquets were big and fabulous and just what I wanted. You could tell they really heard what I wanted and made it happen! I can't thank them enough!
My aunt sent me a beautiful vase for Easter and it was gorgeous! Some of the blooms in it even lasted 2 weeks! She then sent me a pair of hanging baskets for Mother’s Day. They were gorgeous! They even included this cute bag of items to match a Mother’s Day poem! So thoughtful!!
I ordered a $59.99 spring dish garden arrangement plus $12.99 strawberries and $20 Sunday delivery. My mother received a basket nothing of professional quality to what I ordered online. It was simple pots put in a basket with a tacky bow. The chocolate strawberries were unripe. To which I was told that they are normally “tart” this time of year. Only offered 25% refund, no offer to remedy the situation as “they would lose profit”. Instead they picked up my mother’s flowers (I live 2 hours away) so they could return the $100 spent.nnYou’d think they’d want to re-do the flowers or refund more to make their customer happy?! As they said they served over 200 customers and I was their only complaint?! Be careful, they only look out for themselves. Never again business with them, my family were faithful customers for years.
