I recently spent several weeks in therapy at Personal Touch Physical Therapy in West Chester for a tear in my rotator cuff. It was my first time attending physical therapy. Julie was my therapist. It was a wonderful experience. I started with a 3 times per week schedule but was able to quickly progress to twice weekly. Julie was very encouraging and I feel as though I quickly made progress to the point where my increased mobility was noticeable. I graduated last week and am very pleased with the outcome. I now know strengthening techniques and exercises which will prevent me re-injuring my shoulder muscles. Everyone in the practice is very nice and supportive . The other clients were all so friendly. I was actually sorry to see my therapy end. I will miss such a lovely group of people.
