Response to owner I did call patient advocate and didn’t get anyone with half a brain . After several weeks not much better. I am going to stop going after today and look into a better PT after the holidays. Still have to agree with Helen V. The first day was great. The second day was all over the place. The therapist started with me, then left, then started, then left. I guess because I am older the lady before me deserved better attention. I found the neck massage was so cut up with my therapist leaving me and then coming back that it did no good the second day at all. Wondering if things don't get better should I try another PT place. ATI a chain

Jenna and Jesse are fantastic! Very caring and make you feel extremely comfortable. I have had two knee surgeries in 5 weeks and I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The staff members of ATI Thorndale are caring, supportive, and awesome at what they do. When I first started at ATI, I couldn't sit in my car or at my desk without experiencing shooting pain in my back and neck. After a month of PT I am no longer in pain. Thanks for all you do!

My 2 hand therapist Amy is one. Sorry forgot her name. But they both do a great job and a great people to talk to also while doing your therapy. They make it very pleasant and fun.
