Pharmacy services are HORRIBLE. Prescriptions are hardly ever ready when they say they will be. I’ve wasted way too much of my life waiting in their parking lot. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a prescription for refill at 10 am this morning. It was scheduled to be ready for pickup at 1pm. It is 5:15 pm and here I am sitting and waiting at the drive thru for them to “finish it up”. Someone is dropping the ball somewhere on their processes here. I am transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere when I return home. That’s 3 less customers from my household that they will have to worry about.

The pharmacy is slow. Why does it take 24 hours to fill an eye drop script. My daughter drop off Monday around 5pm I tried to pickup after 5pm on Tuesday and had to sit and wait. Smh. Never again if I can help it. Thank God the 11th St Reading Pa location is not this way.
