Forgot the chocolate that we bought with our flowers. We were told they gave it to another person by accident. Was then told it would come on Monday with a gift to make up for it. They placed a half unwrapped box of chocolates at the door with no extra gift. Flowers were beautiful but only 3 stars due to delivery problems and not holding up on their end.
Judy always does a wonderful job with her flowers!! I have used Bud and Bloom for years and love them! Great flowers and fast and friendly service!!
Customer service by phone very nice! I was slightly disappointed with bouquet sent had very beautiful flowers but filler not appropriate and on my gift message I wrote Happy 60th birthday! When my dear friend received it she got a laugh it said happy 80th!! When I called florist since I live in Florida it was recommended to call order in so no errors since whoever wired it she got 80th. I ordered on their website so I don’t get it! However I would order again but I highly recommend call your order in. I have email confirmation of my order and it was correct! I would add photo but review doesn’t let you!
