Were open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Saturday 9 to 3. Closed sundays and Holidays.
The agents here have always been very helpful. They are very thorough and make sure that every question is explained very well and in ways that are easy to understand.
They need to be retrained in customer service, professionalism and how to book travel. I'm really disappointed that RBC uses them for travel.
They were not able to help, but they were as helpful as possible. Good people there
