I have used Lindsay for all of my travel bookings going back over ten years now. Her service is always second to none and any issues we've had were taken care of in a super quick fashion. I refer all of my friends and family to her due to our stellar experiences with the expertise she brings to the table.nnI will always book with them and I will continue to tell everyone how great they are!
I wrote an email to their general inquiry line to request help with a trip but received no response. I inquired again through email 2 weeks later making the same general inquiry. I received an auto generated email that said inquiries take 48 hours to get to (understandable). Over 1 week later I received and email back saying:nn'Hello,nThank you for your e-mail.nYou asked about airfare. We are not able to assist with airline travel. We only offer timeshare resort reservations.'nnThat's it, no follow up as to how they might be able to assist me with my trip. My original inquiry was fairly open ended and I would have been open to the potential of booking a timeshare or resort vacation.nnI have never received good customer service from this company. I will not ever go here to book my vacations and I would certainly recommend that my friends use alternate services.nnI only give 1 star because I have to in order to submit this review. Otherwise I rate it zero. Hands down zero!!!nnThanks to Joellen M from Heroes Vacation Club Customer Service for losing a customer.
I have been using Vacations For Heroes for about 10 years now and wouldn't use anyone else. Lindsay is the best agent and always looks after me. I have referred everyone I know to her!
Have always had top-notch customer service with my bookings. Very helpful & prompt in answering my questions. Will book again!
