I have had the pleasure of working for this company in a contracting capacity for years. They provide the most comprehensive training and support programs and have exceeded ethical standards and associational recommendations. They have amazing therapists and psychs that work closely with children for children. They really do put children first.

They don’t appreciate their employees. They drive them into the ground until they have compassion burn out. Follow the therapists and professionals who care not the agency. Could get better health benefits and pay rate at Wawa.nnThey don’t protect you at all. It’s sad because I worked so hard for the company and believed in them. I often worked over time to create additional resources for my client for no compensation. I bought resources for my client out of my pocket. They throw you into placements and force you to stick it out until something bad happens. Then, they leave you vulnerable and don’t help you or teach you how to handle these difficult situations. Don’t check on paras in the field or assign behavior support teams. No insurance for getting injured with aggressive clients. They don’t even out you through Safety Care until a situation happens that you can get sued for. When Corona happened they just “fired” all their paras, took their health insurance away, erased their online trainings with no notice. No thank you. Nobody deserves this especially during a world crisis. Don’t work here and feed the company. Do real work for kids. Not for a company who wants money and your soul. Don’t work here. Don’t take you child here. I know it’s a beautiful institute but understand it’s fake and not real. A lot of professionals do lots of hard sweat and tears and never get to take a step into that clinic.. and when you do, they still don’t pay you for all the work and time you’re there.
