This is not the first time I have used ATI. I will always go back because the care and service I received was excellent. Allison and Jason are the best.nThey make it easy to schedule and understand when something happens and you have to reschedule your appointment. Very compassionate staff. Conversation is interesting too!!!

I have received PT a number of times over the last seven years, and I can honestly say the current ATI team at the ATI clinic on Wilmington Pike has given me the best service of any I have had experience with. Most of my experience has been with Allison Weiland. She knows her stuff and honed in on my problem very quickly. I felt she gave more than adequate attention to all of her clients, even when she had more than one at a time. Justin and Michel were also quite helpful. The three made a pleasant and outgoing team. I would recommend ATI, and Allison in particular, to anyone who wants a caring and skilled physical therapist.

The entire staff at West Chester ATI is welcoming, friendly and personable. My visits for two different issues in the winter and summer of 2020 yielded positive results with marked improvement in my condition. Jason Malavolta provided exceptional guidance and care in helping to restore my health. His ability to reduce pain and restore daily function is impressive. He is flexible in his approach and makes thoughtful changes in treatments in order achieve success. Most importantly, Jason was always positive and encouraging helping me and others to move forward with their treatment. Thank you to to the entire team at West Chester ATI for their assistance, encouragement and expertise.

I had an annoying arthritic knee pain in my left knee around the meniscus for over a year. Since I had great success with ATI in 2019 for the treatment of my right hip and knee, I returned to the team at ATI in West Chester, PA. Jason Malavolta was my primary PT for both my treatments in 2019 and 2020 and he is excellent. Allison and Molly also assisted and were very competent and professional as well. I am almost 60 and enjoy exercising and being physically active. My arthritic pain had slowed down my efforts. After therapy in Aug/Sep 2020, my knee is now stronger, more flexible, and the pain is almost gone. I was walking with a limp prior to PT but now I am walking with a normal stride and commenced a slow jog several timer per week. Also, they are handling the Covid-19 management very well. The therapy area is very clean, safe, and functional. The staff is diligent in making the area safe for all their clients. In addition, I appreciated the personal attention, care, and commitment to my physical improvement. I highly recommend the ATI Physical Therapy team on Wilmington Pike in West Chester, PA. I went to ATI because I heard about their great reputation. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I made a great decision. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My therapist, Jason Malavolta was awesome. I had some pretty bad should stiffness and within a few sessions I was feeling great again. Jason really knew what he was doing and gave me great exercises to do at home between appointments. ATI and Jason definitely get 5 Stars from me!
