The garage is really congested. I park here every day for work. In the past year, I've almost gotten into probably 5-10 accidents going around corners. Most levels are full during the day, which makes two-way traffic in the garage a nightmare.
Great place to get quick and cheap parking.
Packed during the week but relatively free on the weekends. Typically park here to access the West Chester Grower's market and then local restaurants following. The location is central with multiple pedestrian exit points which makes egress on foot easy. The only two drawbacks I have encountered are the single balky self pay machine on the first floor and the absolutely frightening experience of using the garage at the same time Saturday youth basketball is in session. If you happen to park at the garage during one of those fall Saturdays, be prepared to dodge SUV-wielding helicopter parents dependent on their back up cameras.
It's a big garage. But it gets full very quickly on weekdays so if you get there by 8AM you'll likely have to drive all the way up to level 6 or 7 before you find a spot.
