For our 50th wedding anniversary, we decided to have a sapphire and diamond ring I owned, redesigned. Of course, we went to Kaplans because of Ivan's expertise. Everything was changed, gold to platinum, better diamonds, and a setting that showed off the sapphire, exquisitelynWe were so delighted! We knew it would be beautiful, but honestly, it's beyond, beyond! We so appreciate that we are always taken care of so well, no matter how small our request.nThis is just one more time that Kaplans has made our day!

Had my wedding and engagement rings appraised at Kaplan’s as they were recommended by many others in the area. Everyone was extremely nice and appreciative. Turn around time was quick, everything was thoroughly explained to me thoroughly and without any surprises, and the report was very thorough and professional. Although I was only wishfully looking, their selection looked beautiful, too!

Kaplan’s is a wonderful store! I’ve purchased items and had cherished items fixed throughout the years and they always do the best job. Additionally, I inherited a ring from my grandmother which was lovely but in a very outdated setting. They worked with my to design the most beautiful ring and accompanying pieces. I was so happy for the ring to live on in a new way! I highly recommend them!

It was so nice to be taken care of by the friendly staff at Kaplans, especially Theresa! She made us feel so at ease and helped us find the perfect wedding rings. She was so happy to help every step of the way! I really enjoyed working with a small business who provided such expertise and catered to our every need!

Kaplan’s is amazing. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from them and they custom made the wedding band to match perfectly. They use high quality diamonds that are absolutely stunning. I could never have asked for better service or more beautiful rings.
