I called at 11am to see if I could get flowers sent today to my daughter-in-law who was opening her new State Farm Office today in Chadds Ford . I was greeted by a very cheerful & extremely helpful lady (I unfortunately did not get her name). She put together a beautiful plant added some fresh flowers put it in a ceramic bowl , a ballon and a card . It was so beautiful and my daughter loved it . I am extremely thankful she went out of her way to help me after trying many others who were not open or could not do anything because of this pandemic. Thank You, thank you I will recommend this shop to everyone I talk to .

How this place is in business is absolutely beyond me. Needed my $74.00 of flowers delivered to my in-laws hospital suite by 1PM. They got there at nearly 8PM and they were already discharged from the hospital! No refund either.

NO stars (but wasn't an option) Do not recommend this florist. We ordered the premium size bouquet online. The largest of the 3 sizes available. The day of the scheduled delivery, it was noon and I wanted to check in to make sure all was good since recipient still didn't receive. I was placed on hold for a while, owner got on the line and said that they didn't start the order yet, they would print details and begin the order. I was a little taken back that the order wasn't even started since it was mid afternoon of the business day but I thanked them. Later in the day, the recipient received the bouquet. It was completely smaller than the premium size we selected. As we all know the picture will not be identical to what's received but it should be CLOSE. This was not. You could tell it was a rushed job. I contacted the florist next day, the owner was EXTREMLY defensive. Rude. Wouldn't allow me to speak to describe the arrangement, said she was the one who made it she knows what it looks like. Told me that since it's close to Valentine's day I need to expect that roses will be scares (this was 8 days before Valentine's day...) Continued to be rude and told me to GET OVER IT and hung up on me! Please do, yourself a favor, do not do business with the florist. She is rude, she did a rushed job, and paying more for the larger bouquet will get you the smallest version size along with major attitude from the shops owner. I've never in my life experienced this issue with a florist, and never will do business with them again.

They are always helpful..

Absolutely the worst florist ever. Overcharged, delivered flowers that appeared to be purchased at Produce Junction and hastily assembled on a broken stand. Charged an outrageous amount of money and went far over the budget we discussed when the order was placed. Owner was beyond rude. We were absolutely embarrassed at what was delivered! Charged almost $200 for 4 orange lilies and a bunch of fern! What she delivered wasn't worth $25! The funeral arrangement was done in bright orange colors, looked like it was something for a birthday party or celebration, nothing that should have been at a funeral. Flowers were simply left at the back of the church, no card, nothing. Family did not even know the flowers were for their loved one. Clearly the owner knew we were from out of town and didn't expect us to be at the funeral - she figured we'd never see the mess she assembled. I agree with the previous poster that the arrangement looks like it was assembled by a child. Owner was nasty and accusatory, absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Someone who does not in any way care about her business, I have no idea how she is still in business. Stay away from this florist. and certainly don't use them for a wedding or event where you wont' be able to replace what they hastily construct if you're in a hurry. I have read other reviews that say the same thing - not only about the horrible assembly and arrangements but the rude and horrible demeanor of the owner. Clearly she doesn't understand what customer service means or is about. One thing if you produce an inferior product and apologize, another thing if you accuse the customer (told me it was just because I don't like the color she chose) and behave like a 4 year old. Absolutely disgraceful in every single way. It would appear any positive reviews were written by friends or family members of the owner. I would give zero stars if that was a possibility.
