You can find whatever you want in this great, locally owned shop-gifts, local pottery and glass, jewelry, etc...

A friend and I had come in and asked for a price on an item and was told by the owner to look at the item for it and I was then asked if I could read by her (the item had no price on it and I can read). This happened a few months ago and since then my experience with the business - mainly with her way of running it - has been far from enjoyable. There are so many shops in downtown West Chester that sell similar if not higher quality products than this place has to offer. Most importantly - why support a local business who is not at least appreciative of their clients? I spend money supporting businesses in downtown West Chester, but I will not support a business that does not understand the basics. Customer service counts. Period.
