Crestwood Estates Mobile Home

This is a nice mobile home park. The owner and manager Kylie are great. They address any issues promptly. We are happy here!

The rent fee is okay but raised the water bill the same for everyone. Not fair for single people when there are homes with 8-10 people living in them. They should be paying a higher rate. There are large Walnut trees that drop walnuts so the time. I've been hit in the head. It's hard for those that live in that area to mow their grass. I've seen vehicles dented. Complaints have been made but the trees haven't come down. The park is generally quiet. Mostly families. It's in a nice area among Amish farmland.

Rude impersonal staff unwilling to make payment plans with people who are struggling, they make alliances with drug addicts and hoarders but not with people trying to update and enhance their property. Snow removal is dreadful, they use their position as landlords to make money for their children by sending them to your house while you are sleeping If you work late shift and making them do unrequested yard work and then force you to pay them at threat of eviction. They refuse to deal with problem tenants that walk around the park on drugs or let their kids enter other peoples homes without consent, they refuse to deal with the tenants who litter, pile junk in front of their homes and let their pets roam the park. They up rent without notice and without you signing a new lease, even of you signed the lease with previous management. They don't care about their tenants, they care about money. Stingy, rude, impersonal, and down right abrasive if you ever even have the opportunity to talk with them. They're unwilling to update the destroyed roads, driveways and parking stops because they're to busy pocketing the money. Their outdoor electrically utility boxes are in disarray as well and have not shown any interest in mending the problem. All in all, you're definitely better off finding a nicer place to live because this park is pretty dreary and unkept. It's also in a terrible location but that wouldn't be an issue of it was a nice park with reasonable, decent staff.

I Lived there from 1994 til 2002 and it was going to the Dogs then, the Managers had no clue what they were doing most of the time, rent wasnt high, only 300.00 a month, Snow removal was a Joke, there was trash dumpsters at the lower entrance and the rats were the size of housecats, It Sounds like it has only gotten worse since the previous Owner passed away.

Great place, lots of trees and tons of birds!
