We had a great experience at Mattress Firm last evening with Teresa. She was, first of all, practicing safe distancing and properly wearing her mask, which is important to us. She was knowledgeable about the products, and helped us pick out just the right product for our need. She was not pushy, she was kind and pleasant, and respectful. We appreciated this, and thank her for her professionalism and help as we explored our options for bedding.
I had a great experience with Matthew Tinus. He was very helpful and I got a really nice queen mattress.
Our salesman Rick Giles did an awesome job with our 2 queen bed purchases...when there was an issue with the delivery Rick made sure all was corrected and that our mattress’s would be delivered no later than the next day, since we were having guests and we needed the beds...Overall, I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Sadsbury when in need of a new mattress!
