We really appreciate the friendliness of their workers and the way they take time to explain things. Tyler did a great job! Also, their business is done very professionally and that is ud83dudc4d They communicate well ahead of appointments, and we really like the way they inform which tech is coming and give some info on him. From our initial contact for an appointment to the timely arrival of the professional and knowledgeable technician (Jose), this company does everything right! You never know when your HVAC might leave you in a bind. Summers & Zims came to our rescue once again. It has been 4 years for us and you guys continue to be dependable and all around GREAT!nThank You!

We have been using Summers & Zims for all of our heating and air conditioning needs at both of our Moore's Furniture locations for a very long time now. They consistently provide excellent products, maintenance and customer service.

I recently had Summers & Zims complete a multi-zone ductless install in an addition I am building. Not only did the give me a fair price, but they completed the job perfectly. Their technicians were great!! I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing & HVAC needs.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible. They try to sell you with the “good natured guys” slogan, but my experience has been far from it. Bought a house where the previous owner had a service plan with them so just stayed with them. Received good to average service for the last 3 years, up until last Sunday. Horrible foul smell coming from our HVAC until and liquid leaking out. Answering service had the tech on call, Scott, call us back. Explained the problem, said he would come out. Asked if there would be a charge, was told no. Scott comes out and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Allows water from the unit to just drip out onto my floor (never offers to clean it up), lost a screw to the compressor cover and made no attempt to replace it. Was not even going to put the cover on properly, but my husband who was standing there with him insisted. Cover is still not on right due to the missing screw. Received quote for new units, which we had questions on. When we emailed that we had questions, my husband politely mentioned Scott’s lack of customer service, to which we received an email making excuses for how great of a guy Scott is but how he lacks “bedside manner”. No kidding...yet this is who you allow to represent your company. Still have not gotten an answer to our question, but we sure did get a $189 bill in the mail. When we questioned this we were told it was for Scott’s time, not a trip charge, despite the fact that my husband specifically asked Scott if there would be a charge prior to agreeing to have him out. Whether it is a service call charge or a charge for someone’s time, it is still a charge. After numerous emails back and forth this got escalated all the way to the owner who essentially told us we should go somewhere else for these services. At the end of the day, we were just a small fish in their big pond. If you’re looking for personalized, caring service, don’t call Summers & Zims. Call Chris at Tru North. He, the owner, personally came out, explained the HVAC system, quoted us immediately and answered all of our questions before even leaving our house. Not only that, but they offer way better financing than Summers & Zims.
