My experience is only related to the Home Healthcare portion of this shop. And while I have in the past had 5* experiences in the pharmacy--which is why this isn't only a 1* rating--after trying to get my prescription for a back brace belt filled, it is obvious to me that the staff person who was working when I came in, didn't even know how to correctly measure a pt. for something as simple as this.nnI brought in my prescription but the person working there seemed thrown from the moment I walked in. Not sure why. She did appear to be the only staff person on; there were other customers; and my doc had been less than specific about exactly what type of brace I required.nnWhen my turn came, I asked some questions about the differences between the kinds of back brace belts they had. After deciding that the Bauerfeind would be the best option, the staff person proceeded to determine my size. Only problem was: she measured me around the hips. Then she proceeded to take down a brace in a size 5 and give it to me to try on. She verbally explained how to put it on, and walked away and stood behind the counter.nnAt this point I'm confused, since she measured me around the hips, and this has nothing to do with my hips. By now there is a line-up in the store and the staff person is helping other customers. After managing to get the belt on, I realize this isn't working for me so I leave, and point out that the belt is on the chair.nnI was under the impression that to work in a store like this one needed some kind of training. Apparently not.nnOh, I should mention I went to a competitor's store--who does have properly trained staff---and they measured me around the waist, not hips. I was a size 4, not 5. Brace works great.nnI would seriously suggest that some in-services be conducted for the staff, because had I ended up buying the brace at Tower Home Healthcare, I would have bought a $200 brace in the wrong size.nnIf this happened to me this is happening to others--and probably not just in the area of back braces. What else is being improperly sized by the staff? This is quite serious, and something that I think the owners should be looking at and addressing through proper staff CE.

For over 20 years the folks at Medical Tower Drugs have served me honestly and with a smile. This is a remarkable experience and difficult to find. Their culture of fair and prompt service for their customers is refreshing and consistent.

Best pharmacy I have found. Gord and his staff are old time neighborhood pharmacy friendly. If they don't stock what you need they can get it in really quick. Best service in the valley!

Consistently found them to go out of their way to be helpful. They are always friendly and professional. When they say my refill will be ready it is. Worth going out of they way for.
