Shoppers Simply Pharmacy

If there was a 0 i would rate this pharmacy a 0! This is BY FAR the worst pharmacy ever. The staff are completely incompetent and rude and have no education or common sense in customer service. They refused to fill my 3 month supply on a REGULAR prescription and made some lie about their head office said no they can only do 1 month. They knew my plan will not cover my meds if it is not filled 3 months at a time. They just want to get their fill cost and charge all their customer their 1 month fees to make more money in their pocket! In a time like this you are supposed to be CARING, UNDERSTANDING AND ACCOMODATING for your patients , instead they care about profit!. Shame on you !

very disappointed worst customer service will not be back

Flu shot complete- don’t come to the shoppers at gateway in Abbotsford. The pharmacist needs customer service training. No hello, nothing. I had to finally say I was on blood thinners and how was your day going? I even had to ask him how long I should wait after..... he ended up saying 5 minutes. The MINIMUM wait time after a shot is 10 minutes to make sure you don’t feel any side effects. There was not even a warning before the shot.... never coming here again for the flu shot. The shoppers drug mart in Murrayville Langley is MUCH better.

Good people.... small store. Hardly any extras.
