This is, by far, the worst pharmacy there is in the State College Area. For the past year I have used them for my families prescriptions and they seem to never have their act together. This should be a simple process: Doctor calls in order, pharmacy fill it, yet they fail at this one task almost every single time I have to pick up medication. I don't know whether it's an extreme lack of organization or if they simply don't care enough but they will never know what medicstions are called in or they won't have enough or they will give you 'we owe you' notes.nnHow hard is it to predict that you will need x amount of something with a regular customer base? And this isn't just once, it's all the time! Today was the last straw for me as they had no clue what medications I had ordered for me, refused to refill one that clearly said '3 refills', lost the orders for my two medications somehow yet told me two weeks prior they had them but couldn't fill them since it was too early... the list goes on and on.nnThe icing on the cake is they seem to also have severe attitude problems and will regularly snap or argue with their customer base.nnI am appalled a business like this can be so lackluster and carefree when it comes to something so important to so many people. Do yourself a huge favor and NEVER EVER GO HERE. Hell, go to walmart for your meds, at least they're open later than 6pm.

While on vacation we had a serious issue with one of our medications. The lovely pharmacist, Nicole, was able to point us in the right direction to solve the problem. She was so patient and friendly, and obviously wanted to help us to the best of her ability. If it hadn't been for her help, we would have had to cut our vacation short and return home. She went out of her way to help, and was definitely performing above and beyond the call of duty!nI also noticed while in the pharmacy that the staff are all very warm and friendly, and they seem to get along well. It appears to be a pleasant place to work - and that usually translates into the type of good customer service we received.
