Carly Wheaton really helped me with my left side rib muscle issues and was a great person too. I definitely recommend her! Also, Jeff Nicastro really helped me on my lower back issues a few years ago. Great Place!

I've just finished 4 months of therapy at Phoenix, working with Carly and Briony, and I could not be more pleased with the results. Muscle issues take time, I had a very severe muscle strain (soleus muscle with iT band and lateral quad involvement too), and was pretty much confined to my couch when I first began therapy. The exercises they gave me were just right and they progressed from gentle muscle work to more intense challenges. I learned a lot about my injury (and hopefully never to overwork that soleus again!) and I feel confident now that I can return to normal activity. If I begin to have a problem, I think I will know what to do so that it doesn't turn into something chronic. What more can one ask?nAll my questions were answered politely (and I do ask a lot!) and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the camaraderie among the therapists. The clients really benefit from this too and we learn from each other many times. A great experience. I never heard anyone be rude or rejecting to any client while I was there. Thank you so much, Phoenix, and Merry Christmas!

Phoenix Rehab is the reason I am able to use my shoulder again comfortably. The staff is friendly, helpful and committed to your well being. Physical therapy is hard, your weak spots are targeted. They are however there to ensure you will be made wholesome again

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Dr. Jeff Nicastro and the rest of the team at Phoenix Rehab. I have been a patient on more then a half a dozen occasions and not only did Jeff help get me back up to speed but he was also able to provide insight on what the cause of my issue may have been and was able to provide remediation guidance to ensure the issue didn’t resurface.nnHe has helped me recover from serious injuries but he has also helped me recover from minor discomforts and strains I have been in, so rest assured he will help you achieve your goal. Whether you have performance goals, or goals to just not hurt anymore he will make sure you get there and hold you accountable to make sure you reach them.nnI didn’t realize how valuable Jeff has been to my physical health until I came back home to State College after moving to Northern Virginia upon graduating from PSU and in the year or so of living there I have seen a combination of a half dozen chiropractors or PTs and none have able to provide anywhere near the level of treatment Jeff has.nnLastly I’m still covered under Aetna Insurance through my parents working at PSU, so if you have Aetna through PSU as well, look no further you got the best man for the job in your backyard!

When I tried to ask Dr. Nicastro if he thought that a massage would benefit me after my home exercises he told me that I don't listen well and that I was wasting his time and money! I asked him if I missed something, assuming it was his sense of humor but it wasn't. .He told me he wasn't going to talk to me since I don't listen and then told me to leave. I have NEVER been so insulted by a Dr before. He doesn't listen to his patients and makes you very uncomfortable to ask any questions. I should of never left Dr Lamb at UOC. Great chiropractor and physical therapy. Sorry I ever went to Phoenix.
