This lot is in a convenient location, however if it is busy, and you have a larger vehicle forget it. I shouldn't say that, you can fit but it is not spacious and if you or any other cars beside you are driven by bad drivers you should expect to be stressed while parking, or while your car sits in the lot. The kiosks for pay are simple. I understand why the spots are small, just be advised before you are already committed to parking here.

Good location for convenience if you are running a quick errand and do not want the extra time of going through a large parking garage and no on the curb parking is free....if you can find an available space in the lol. Like all street parking in State College the meters are strictly enforced!
