The service was beyond great! I had my broken silver ring fixed, the price was so reasonable and affordable. She communicates with her clients, she was very detail oriented, and patient. Making sure final result fits before charging.

The owner did a good job of sizing my engagement ring. she added balance beads and polished it just right! Will definitely recommend. Price and time the work was done was perfect!

Brought rings for sizing many times and had a watch worked on. Always a good experience. Super knowledgeable. Once I needed a link taken out of a watch that was odd to work on, within an hour she had called some friends in Europe that retailed the watches and let her know the trick.nnNever pushy. Never trying to upsell you. Always helpful.

I wanted to buy an engagement ring, but like a typical guy I had no idea what I was doing. Marleena helped me along the way and custom designed something that fit my fiancé’s style. I gave her my budget and she gave me options that were no higher than what I said!nnI proposed and my fiancé absolutely loves the ring and says it is perfect in every way. All of her friends are obsessed with it as well!nnShe offers free cleanings, minor repairs, and re-fittings. She is extremely personable and fun to talk with, very skilled at what she does, and helpful if you have no idea where to start or know exactly what you want. I am going to recommend Reini Goldsmiths to everyone and anyone I talk to.
