I was in the market for an engagement ring and Miska was the perfect place! The ring I was buying needed to be custom built and had a very specific design. They allowed me to buy a beautiful loose diamond (which they brought in multiple for me to look at based on specific criteria) and then created the band and setting exactly how I wanted it. My fiance loves her ring! Highly recommend going to Miska if you want confidence knowing you are getting taken care of properly.

I visited Miska’s with a necklace, purchased elsewhere, that needed a clasp repaired. A soon as I entered I was immediately greeted by a store employee and even though masked, her pleasant demeanor was obvious. Covid protocols were being maintained. Careful cleaning of surfaces and handled jewelry was ongoing. We discussed repair options and a finish date. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the store, days earlier than expected, that my repair was finished. When I went to pay for the necklace, I was told the repair was free because it was so small. Thank you! Much appreciated! Excellent customer service.
