Very pleased. Took my wedding band in since the base was cracked and they fixed it and cleaned it at a very affordable price. The staff is friendly and my ring was done in a few hours. Definitely recommend

Honestly, I have no idea what the service is like here. The reason I gave only two stars, is because this store is in a mall; however, it's hours of business do not coincide with the mall. Every time I try to go here, they are closed. Also, this is one of the few businesses in this particular mall that you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to it. This may not seem like a big deal, but it really turns some customers off when they have to climb said stairs just to see if they are open. What I believe would be the most damaging aspect of this situation, is that there is at least one other business that offers similar services in the same mall, who's hours do coincide with the mall itself. I was curious as to the level of service I would receive and did try to go there. Unfortunately, after the third or fourth time climbing the stairs to find out they were closed, I just went to a different business in the mall. Mind you, I only needed new batteries installed in my watch. Other than changing their hours, the only other thing I could think of as a partial solution, is to make their open/closed sign very visible to the main floor, or set up a clear sign at the bottom of the stairs stating their hours. Sorry I couldn't have done more to help.nRegards

Here to have a ring checked. Service was great and quality of workmanship on the ring was excellent. Very happy with our visit and have confidence in having the ring looked after for years to come. Thank you.

They altered my grandpas gold wedding band last minute for my wedding. They did an amazing job and were able to leave the 60 year old inscription inside untouched . They also stayed open several minutes late to make sure I got it. Before the big day.nnPretty rare to find a business with these kind of core values.
