It seems like the staff don't understand gauges, and safety. I had to go back a total of 3 times because the kept giving me the wrong gauges, even though every time I requested 14g. As well the jewelry is extremely harmful for your ears, i had to remove 4 piercings that's I've had for serval ears, because of the cheap quality.

Jewelry is pretty meh quality, nothing that will endanger your health, but is prone to breakage, or simply just cheap stuff to stock (e.g, externally threaded jewelry, which is just a big ouch).nThey do have ample supply of necessities - simple rings, O-rings (for all my stretched ear folks out there), studs, etc, for in a pinch, and it's all very reasonably priced.nThe employees there are also absolutely lovely to deal with. The dude with dreads in particular is such a sweetheart.

Bought an 4 opal helix earring Andrew entire front piece broke off within months of getting it. Bought a new one and same thing happened so we superglued it honestly not happy with body mods as it was a gift and broke within such little time of wearing it

Kaite gave me loose jewelry that would have fallen out if I didn't check. Had to come back because nose ring was too big told me to bend with scissors, ended up breaking it. Had to come back again, didn't have what I wanted and wouldn't give me a refund. Repeat monthly customer of 4 years, will never be going back. And the gem fell out 2 weeks later.
