My go-to place for getting piercings. Fantastic customer service. You can tell the piercers (especially Mike) are super passionate about their job. It is an incredibly clean environment and they always take extra precautions to clean, and sterilize all equipment. No problems in the aftercare process as someone who has sensitive skin. 100% would recommend.

So professional and extremely focused and dedicated to demonstrating proper covid protocols and maintaining a sterile and sanitary environment. Love how all the staff I've met so far are truly kind and helpful! Worth it trust me to love my tummy and nose piercing I had done there. I felt the safety and security of having it done in such a professional establishment.

I got a tattoo a little while back from a lady here. She was so rude and impolite. They changed my artist without telling me to a more expensive artist by $50 and told me I couldn’t reschedule or they would take my deposit. then when I gave them my design of my dead dogs paw print she drew out a lazy hideous bear paw. Refused to use my design. Said I had to take hers or they would again take my deposit.nI am completely unhappy with this salon I would never ever recommend it to anyone ever.nnEdited**nI contacted them in regards to possibly getting a cover up back in June and never got a response. Went to another artist who did a lovely job. But overall very unimpressed with the tattoo I received and ended up having to pay a lot to fix the horrible mess I received from here

Krystal is kind, gentle and patient. I highly recommend her! Went in to get my rook jewelry changed and ended up buying the most beautiful jewelry from the store. Even though I could tell she was busy and had people coming in for appointments after me, Krystal never made me feel rushed. She took her time to make sure I really loved what I was paying for and even put the jewelry in for me.

I was in the other day and Mike did my nose piercing. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. This was my fourth time piercing my nose (back in Ontario). It is something I have always loved but always had bad reactions/infections and had to take them out. I am so happy to say, I have no redness, no swelling and it is not sensitive at all. I am so happy! Thank you for a great experience!!
