Was not able to renew my car insurance with them because of restrictive hours: closed at 5pm and closed weekends. I understand that this is a Covid-19 measure, but I had to go to a broker that I could see after work or on a weekend.
I just want to give a shout out about the great service I get from the Co-operators - Vandeven Financial Solutions. Vehicle insurance is efficient,nhowever the great service is my business (commercial insurance) both liability and equipment.
