The team at the Frame Factory does absolutely incredible work. Bill has a trained eye for color and always has lots of recommendations for which frame best suits the image. Regarding the final product, the craftsmanship is perfect. And of course, everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly. Never again will I get something framed at Michael's (or anywhere else for that matter).

The Frame Factory and Gallery has recently restored my mother's portrait which had been badly damaged over time by mold and moisture. They have restored her portrait almost to its original condition, and have also guided us in choosing an appropriate matte and frame. We love it! This company is truly professional!
