Purchased a fridge from here. Great price and service. They had it in stock. Shop around, then go here and get what u want. Later we needed our old fridge picked up for recycling. They came and did this. Thanks so much. We will be back.

Needed to replace a broken stove for a rental unit and they had exactly what we were looking for. A brand new (with slight cosmetic damage) stove at an unbeatable price. After shopping around at many other stores we came across Rick's on the way home and immediately noticed the affordable prices without the employee trying to upsell us a $1500 stove when we wanted a $600 one. Would definitely come back to purchase other appliances!
We had such a great experience! We needed to purchase a freezer right at time of virus outbreak mid-March. They gave us a great price, were super friendly, and included free next day delivery!!! The delivery guys were also very pleasant and got here when they said they would, carried it up to our second floor. When lots of price gouging is happening out there these days (and freezers are in short supply) this company takes the high road! We are so pleased, grateful and recommend very highly!!
The customer service was exceptional. When my washer broke down during covid 19 lock down, I was worried about finding an affordable replacement. Rick's Appliances was recommended to me as as a respectful and honest business. They have a lot of options to choose from within my price range. They delivered it the next day and even took away my old machine. They were also very respectful of social distancing practices when coming in to my home.
