We used Olson Floors just over 5 years ago for the first time to do an addition to our house and it went amazing. Then, 2.5 years ago we went back to do the rest of our upper house and it was a completely different experience. I'm not leaving a review for the purpose of emotional venting, I simply wish I had been forewarned that their customer service has gone down hill before going back again to only get burned. Maria was initially great to deal with but then the lack of communication from her set in, and we had to harass her to get any information on what was happening. We ended up getting our deposit back and went to End of The Roll and am so glad we did. We have now done the upstairs and just finished the downstairs with End of the Roll and so happy. We actually saved a little bit of money switching to End of the Roll in the end as well.nI way prefer supporting a smaller family business than the big name brands, but at the end of the day you already have enough stress in renovations, the last thing you need is for a business to make it worse instead of better.

This is a great place to get your flooring. The Olsen's did 2 rooms and the staircase in my home. Great service and installation.
We recently hired Darren, Maria and their great team to supply and install luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen and two upstairs bathrooms. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. We relied on their advice for product selection and their experience for an excellent installation.
