Judge Sharantz is a very fair judge atleast in my experience. If your honest with him, and give payments (If Due) on time, then you have no worries. If you have any problems with fines let the office know right away and they will assist as best they can. (I had to pay for several parking tickets that we're obtained by a family member using my vehicle without permission)

Well this is what I think of judge eric m schrantz he is unfair I did not had heat for a year and a hafe the trailer I lived in was unsafe there was mildew everywhere growing on my clothing the mices was getting out of hand and the side door never open and Lisa smulligan told me to never open it now that's a fire hazard the front door was in bad shape she never replaced it I had to staple it together under the kitchen sink there is a big hole where the mices keep coming in Infact there are so many mice holes all over this trailer the stove Lisa gave me came from a fire because it smelt like it and I had to wash all of the black smog off of it. The furnace is old and outdated and hasn't been working since I moved here a year-and-a-half ago .judge schrantz asked me why didn't i move if the conditions was so bad and i stated to him i could not move I don't have the income to move I am on Ssi disabilities and I always made sure my rent was paid and I have nothing left after that but the judge still did not care land Lord Lisa Smlligan is a slumlord judge schrantz did not want to see any of my pictures or videos that I had as proof about my living conditions he did not care that my landlord had my next door Nabor in the back of me harassing me all the time and I have breast cancer and just had my second operation but he kindly look at Lisa evidence . when I cross-examine miss Smulligan she was caught many times lieing by the judge and he did not care because you know why he knows her there friends.when I kept on having problems with the next door Nabors who left that Orange note on my door .I would go back to the courts house and I be so sick and weak from my breast cancer operation and I was crying because no one was helping me and i felt helpless and the judge schrantz would tell me just come on your court date but all of that was for notthing so to me there is nothing honorable about judge Erik M. Schrantz.Now that the judge ruled in Lisa favor the next door Nabors open my side door when I was sleeping and let all of my pets out and I called the cops then I decided to leave my home 3:00 am so they won't see me leave I got back home and my two cats was outside again it took me 3 hours to get one cat from outside every time I leave my home the next door Nabor comes in here when I came back from court the cold water was running over in my tub my mail box was left open and Lisa is the only one with a key besides me .where is my Justice .
