I ordered books in August. As of Oct. 8, we are still missing a book. Semester is half over now. I've written a number of emails and all I ever get is an automated response saying someone will get back to me. They never do. I called today about it. Now they will ship it. It should have been shipped two months ago. Horrible customer service. I hope the college goes with another bookstore in the future.
