Kranich's Jewelers Johnstown

This was my first visit to Kranich's and will definitely go back. Sales manager Carole VanMeter was amazing! She offered recommendations and suggestions and in the end, the ring came back even better than expected. The quality and workmanship is exceptional.

I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with Kranich's Johnstown. I called just to inquire about a certain Simon G engagement ring I saw online that I liked. It was not in the store at the time, but Beth was able to pull some strings and have it expedited in, along with a nice variety of beautiful center stones. Beth and Carole both assisted me in the process, and they are both incredible to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, capable, and exceptionally friendly. I'm also over an hour away, and this staff made it worth every minute of the drive, not to mention the top quality products they offer. The turnaround time for setting the center stone, resizing, and appraisal was only a couple days. My fianceé is in love with the ring. I can't express my satisfaction enough!

This was honestly such a pleasant business to deal with. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. A month ago, I was desperately searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and I was worried it would not be set before I planned to pop the question. Carole and Donelle helped me choose the perfect ring while staying in my budget, and the ring was ready to be picked up 2.5 weeks after I ordered it. I am so glad I chose this jeweler, and I look forward to coming back to them!

Donelle and Joey are amazing!!! I can't thank them enough. I was looking for the perfect birthday gift for my new daughter-in-law and with their help, we were able to design the perfect necklace. I was late in getting started on looking but they were able to get it made in time for her birthday. Highly professional group of people.
