I found out they have an excellent deal to keep a beloved timepiece, my Fossil Watch, lifetime battery replacement program. It's reasonably priced and easy to replace battery with a short visit. Plus there store has extremely helpful & polite personal. They just don't treat a person as a customer, instead they treat you like family. A few weeks ago I took a watch to them desperate for there help on fixing a watch that my husbands mother had bought him before passing away. He so loved his watch it meant the world to him. After all it was something his mom picked out for him. And his mom always put her heart and soul into every thought she bought for her kids. But after a few failed attempts at other places. They took the watch and not only did they try to help me they found the right parts and took the time to save something that was irreplaceable to my husband. I picked up the watch yesterday and just wanted to hug everyone in that store. It wasn't even purchased at there store. But they did it. Its all cleaned up and just like new. I can't thank them enough for all they did and they did it with a smile. They are incredibly very nice guys and Toni as well. I just wanted to say thank you again. That was incredible and means so much that there are still real people out there that went outta there way to help us keep such a priceless watch alive. Thank you you to the staff at Watch Makers for making my husband smile again. Your all awesome!

I love my purple Fossil watch, I purchased the lifetime replacement battery deal and for the $25 I originally spent I've already gotten a second battery about 2yrs later and all new water-tight seals no extra charge!! This store is handicap friendly!

Best place in town. The people are wonderful. I like to go there and even if it's just to talk. Only place I buy my jewelry from. Also the only place that fixes my jewelry if somethings wrong.
