theres no service and not able to reach them for long time as even I try go in and no one let me in unless I have appointments with them. this is not what I experience with another city was so easy access and already help me out right away when I come in as whatever I need and theres video phone to contact with deaf co worker there. but not this one... none of help and do nothing.

When I first started I loved that they offered me this service when I was in high school I wanted to find employment to help me out with job advice and they understandably help me get pass the struggles that I had with the hands on learning. I also struggle speaking professionally and had my constant help me understand what was going on. Now this is where the problem comes in so I graduated school and go to a vocational technical school to help get my dream job. I’ve tried getting ahold of ovr to help me find a job to help pay my school tuition however, they wouldn’t get back to me!! If only they’d give me a number on who to call to save in my contacts just so I knew who was calling but it was only phone tag to a point I gave up and looked for a job myself. Now keep in mind the people at these services said they would always be here to help. So I take my state exam and failed the first time and took some time studying again but I was at a point where I wanted to contact ovr again. So I finally get ahold of my new counselor but she was very disrespectful and unprofessional with me. So I simply asked if they could help me in my situation but no, the counselor came across very hurt towards me telling me “Go find a job else where!!” Or “You’re fine you can do this yourself!!!” Or “Go work at Walmart or McDonalds” girl apparently you don’t know me and know what I’ve been through it was enough to make me cry on the phone and telling her she hurt my feelings but apparently she didn’t care. So she continues and end up closing my case this to me does not make any sense like I they said they were willing to help me but no they decided to close my case because I haven’t been trying to look for jobs myself and haven’t been trying to call back? This is ridiculous!!!
