Usually pretty happy with these guys but my last interaction was disappointing. Dropped my favorite watch off and told them that it had a brand new battery but it stops keeping time while I'm wearing it. I have to reset it multiple times a day. They sat on it for three weeks and then called me and told me there was no problem with it. It keeps perfect time. I picked it up and it stopped keeping time before I got home. Obviously they paid no attention to the detail about it happening while I'm wearing it. I didn't say it happens while sitting on a shelf perfectly still. I guess I'll take it somewhere else.

Be patient they can fix it. Lol
